About our Senior Partner Marketing Manager role.

The Senior Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the strategy, development, execution, and measurement of global and/or regional marketing programs and initiatives that accelerate the Sage growth strategy and drive incremental ARR (annualized recurring revenue) across the Partner Ecosystem as per country WIN Plan requirements. The Senior Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for execution of strategic marketing initiatives deepening and strengthening relationships with key internal stakeholders and our array of partners across the region.

Summary of your day to day?

On a day-to-day basis, this role involves creating, managing, and executing marketing plans, content, and initiatives to support partner success. It requires working closely with partners and internal stakeholders to develop targeted marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives. Responsibilities include tracking marketing ROI, managing budgets effectively, ensuring adherence to MDF policies, and achieving revenue and earnings targets for partners. The role also involves collaborating with sales leaders, performance marketing teams, and specialists while using and promoting partner platforms. Additionally, it focuses on building partner relationships, developing marketing best practices, championing brand governance, and potentially leading a team.

The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will identify opportunities to collaborate on marketing initiatives and best practices both internally and externally. This position will use the full spectrum of marketing tactics with their channel partners to ensure achievement of the revenue growth attainment, while minimizing duplication of effort.

Location - Hybrid out of our Atlanta office 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to develop an effective go-to-market (GTM) strategy with partners. It includes creating country-specific marketing plans aligned with business goals, optimizing budget investments, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). The position requires data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and the flexibility to adjust plans as needed. Key responsibilities include delivering results-driven marketing programs, providing partners with assets and resources for growth, ensuring sufficient content for improved performance, and collaborating with the Integrated Campaigns team to target prospects through relevant campaigns. Additional marketing tasks may be required as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: You have/are…

•5+ years of B2B indirect channel/partner marketing experience within the software/tech or financial services industry for resellers partners (e.g., Strategic Alliance Partners, VARs, Systems Integrators, Tech Partners.)

•Demand marketing expertise and understanding lead flow when conceiving and executing campaign strategies and tactics.

•Accountability is important to you, and you’re known for your ability to authentically build relationships, instill trust and influence.

•Ability to articulate your thoughts concisely verbally and in writing with hands-on experience creating effective marketing copy and communications.

•A continuous innovation, growth mindset, embracing and inspiring change.

•Ability to travel within the United States.
