[Tech Support Technician- 246 Investment Loop Hutto, TX 78634 Pay: $15-$17 pr. Hr. Bi-Weekly Job Description: We are looking for an Entry-Level Computer Technician who is eager to learn and grow within our company. The ideal candidate will assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our technology environment. Performs duties associated with storage, shipping, receiving, and physical counts of the assets to verify integrity. Provides assistance in multiple areas of warehouse assets along with the assessment of inventory data.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operates various types of material handling equipment. Load and unloads pallets and cartons of equipment used in daily operations Receives equipment against a bill of lading or purchase order, validating quantities and updating inventory systems in accordance with audit requirements. Stocks equipment in designated inventory locations and informs management of shortages or damages Ensures equipment is stored safely in designated inventory locations in accordance with audit requirements. Processes orders and returns using inventory systems Processes equipment stock requests Assists in preparing, counting, and reconciling weekly, and annual equipment cycle counts and inventories. Maintains warehouse area security at all times Provides proper use and care of scanners and computers used in daily operations Responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment Performs other associated duties as assigned Audit and Test incoming computers and servers. Build and take apart computer systems. Receive incoming inventory. Test and troubleshoot incoming returns Basic understanding of computer hardware and software Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Basic knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows) Physical ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required. Multiple areas of warehouse assets along with the assessment of inventory data.

Ability to use a pallet jack (non-hydraulic) Attention to detail Able to adjust to working in a face-paced environment no experience necessary will train Education High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

Procesa pedidos devoluciones utilizando sistemas de inventario.

Procesa las solicitudes de stock de equipos

Ayuda en la preparacin, recuento y conciliacin de inventarios y recuentos de ciclos de equipos semanales y anuales.

Mantiene la seguridad del rea del almacn en todo momento

Proporciona un uso y cuidado adecuados de los escneres y las computadoras que se utilizan en las operaciones diarias.

Responsable de mantener un entorno de almacn limpio, ordenado y seguro.
