The Recovery Technician (Tech) is responsible for providing supervision and support to clients in the residential Substance Use Program. As an essential part of the multidisciplinary team, Recovery Techs create and maintain an environment that fosters and supports recovery from mental health and substance use disorders. Recovery Techs supervise and manage client behavior, manage crisis situations, and assist in the direct support of a wide range of program goals. This is a direct service position.
