Job Title: Wire Harness Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.

• Support engineering efforts through the assembly and testing of prototypes.

• Utilize oscilloscopes and other diagnostic tools to identify and solve issues.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.

• Review customer equipment and provide detailed inspections.

• Assist with RCCA (Root Cause and Correction Analysis) alongside team members.

• Recognize trends in failures and components, reporting findings to the QA department.

• Apply consistent methods and processes to ensure high-quality assembly.

• Manage time effectively to support production and RMA schedules.

Essential Skills

• Prior experience in sUAS assembly or small component assembly.

• Strong troubleshooting skills.

• Mechanical assembly and repair experience.

• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

• Experience with part numbering and BOM structures.

• Proficiency with oscilloscopes and other diagnostic tools.

• Critical inspection skills for reviewing incoming products.

• Time management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate Degree in a technical field.

• Experience in a mechanically inclined role.

• Meticulous attention to detail in applying methods and processes.

• Ability to assemble small components and use hand tools.

• Familiarity with RCCA processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00
