Systems Technology and Research, Inc.is currently seeking aSenior Logistics Analystto providetechnical support for Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) lifecycle sustainment, including maintenance planning for Field and Sustainment Level Maintenance, Modification Work Orders (MWOs), and obsolescence mitigation. Candidate will provide daily oversight of UAS maintenance operations and Field Service Representatives, to include system upgrade/modification efforts, configuration management tracking, data analysis, and work order requests.

Job Duties:

• Provide daily operation of the Aircraft Notebook (ACN) / Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-Army) LIS in support of UAS-owned assets, including maintenance management and readiness reporting in accordance with applicable Operator's Manuals, Technical Manuals, AR 700-138, AR 750-10, DA PAM 738-751, and other applicable Army Aviation regulatory publications.
• Coordinate and conduct transfers of permanent and temporary ACN maintenance files to facilitate the transfer and tracking of equipment managed by UAS.
• Produce and submit monthly ACN readiness reports via the Enterprise Materiel Status Reporting Tool on the Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program Portal
• Advise the Product Manager on all aspects of operational readiness rates, sustainment, operations, and inventory.
• Coordinate and manage aircraft tail number assignments from initial receipt through demilitarization.
• Manage deficient, redundant, or obsolete equipment through Defense Reutilization and Management System (DRMS) and Aviation and Missile Command, ensuring all documentation is accurate and logistic databases (ACN, GCSS-Army, COLTS and DPAS) accurately reflect final disposition.
• Provide ILS required for logistics sustainment, planning, coordination, and Manpower and Personnel Requirements Integration (MAN PRINT) to support lifecycle sustainment.
• Provide technical support on Contracted Logistics Support / Performance Based Logistics sustainment contracts to include monitoring contractor performance on all maintenance related performance and deliverables, as well as reviewing contract modifications.
• Review Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and subsequent Modification Work Orders (MWOs) and Software Change Packages, to ensure logistics elements are properly considered and the supply chain has been properly provisioned to support the system.
• Collaborate with other specialists to review policies, plans and procedures and ensure they are appropriately applied to daily operations.
• Assist in developing and managing Memorandum of Agreement between Product Office and other Government agencies on maintenance related actions.
• Responsible for working with PMUAS Acq Log and outside agencies to enable automated requisition flow, returns, and plan for support of ECPs, MWOs, and other supply related functions.

Qualifications/Experience:

• A bachelor's degree with twelve (12) years' experiencein programmatic, logistics, or maintenance field of expertise.
• A strong Army Acquisition Logistics and/or Aviation Branch experience in key functional areas such as, Operator, Quality Control, Production Control, repair shops, and maintenance teams.
• Experience developing spares packages or fielding aircraft.
• Knowledge and experience in the application of DoD standards and specifications
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Active DOD Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
