Type: Full-Time Location: Huntsville, AL Position Description: Radiance is looking for a talented Mid-Level Security Analyst to support Reagan Test Site (RTS) in coordinating and meeting test requirements. We are looking for qualified and energetic candidates with over 5 years of experience in Security. The candidate should have experience in providing training, security documentation creation and review, in/out processing of personnel, assist in conducting risk assessments and maintaining key and safe controls. The qualified candidate would correlate information regarding RTS activities and maintain a working dialog with RTS Division Chiefs, Staff Elements and Technical Monitors/CORs. The Security Analyst shall obtain the RTS Security Managers approval to disseminate information for briefings prior to correlating an activity, report or information, track requests and resolution of all requests for informaiton and support the RTS Security Manager in compiling information. Provide Security guidance, policy clarification, interpretation, assistance and advice touching the different security disciplines (e.g. information security, access control, physical security, operations security and comsec) to technical government and contractor personnel, support analysis of key performance metrics in conducting pre-inspections and provide writen findings back to the RTS Security Manager. Assist with Staff Assistant Visits, provide COMSEC support, assist with destruction of classified/CUI material, process incoming/outgoing classified material. Serve as Security monitor (attend required annual training), update/maintain multiple databases/spreadsheets. Review documents/briefs for applicable markings. Support mission requirements, attend meetings, and assist with preliminary investigations as needed. After hour support may be required to support mission requirements. Required Skills: Active Secret Clearance
Required Experience: Bachelors degree and 1 year of experience or 5 or more years of experience as a security analyst in support of DoD programs Experience in training personnel and in/out processing of personnel Clearance: Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
