Job Description

A client in the Huntsville, AL area is looking for a skilled RF Amplifier Maintenance Tech to join their team supporting a government customer. This individual will integrate, install, repair, service and upgrade high powered amplifiers. This individual's main responsibility is to ensure optimal performance and reliability of RF amplifiers.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience as a technician in maintenance and repair of radio frequency (RF) High Powered Amplifiers equipment operating in the 10 kHz to 45 GHz range

• Experience in the maintenance and repair of Solid-state amplifiers, TWT based amplifiers, Tetrode Tube amplifiers, Tunable RF Cavities, and Magnetrons

• Ability to work around and with high power RF and high voltage equipment * Highly desire experience using network analyzers, CW, AM, FM and PM RF sources, spectrum analyzers, and antennas used in RF testing

*Experience in troubleshooting and repair of high voltage power supplies and microwave equipment.

• Active Secret Clearance null
