Precision Strike & Sensing Solutions in Huntsville, AL is searching for an Integrated Test Engineering Lead. Are you an experienced Electrical, Software or Test Design Engineer with 6 years of experience looking for the next step to grow your career? Do you want to design and develop test solutions and/or write test software that is mission critical and be a part of a greater cause? Responsibilities include:

• Integrated Test Engineering Lead

• Project management for test solution projects.

• Leadership, mentorship, team collaboration, and technical interchange with customers.

• Control Account Management

• Factory Support and Troubleshooting

• Cross Discipline Collaboration

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, the specific positions requires US citizenship status.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in electrical, software or similar engineering discipline.

• Six plus years of relative work experience in test solution software and hardware integration.

• Possess good communication skills and have ability to lead a project/team.

• Ability to obtain Secret level security clearance.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience with factory productions test stands, problem isolation and resolution (debug skills).

• Familiarity with RF, EOIR and/or GPS technology and test instrumentation including network and spectrum analyzers and signal generators desired.

• Fluency with test software such as NI LabWindows CVI, C and/or MATLAB a plus.

• Currently have Secret level security clearance.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $102200 - $173700

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
