Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability System Safety and Supportability.

What You Will Do:

As a Integrated Logistics Support IPT Lead, you’re part of a larger team responsible for driving change by collaborating on development of platforms, systems and products and supporting sustainment strategy.

In collaboration with other Life Cycle Engineering sustainment personnel you’ll align strategic growth plans set forth to create business growth ranging from development to legacy systems while maintaining company policy and procedures.

Leading a multi-functional sustainment team consisting of indirect reports you’ll work with domestic and international customers on Raytheon products, as well as Raytheon partnered products with other defense organizations.

Responsibilities will include:

• Contract execution including scope of work, cost, performance, schedule and risk management

• Estimate At Completion (EAC) reviews

• Financial and Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) reporting

• Government Finished Property (GFP) inventory management

• Field activity support

• Organic and International Depot level maintenance

• Shared product management

• Engineering, reliability, logistics services

• Full product service life surveillance and life extension planning

• Compliance with customer policies, specifications, and requirements

• Continuous product and support improvement

• Conducting briefings and reporting to senior management and customer

• Strategic planning and execution for long-term, affordable operational readiness support to exceed Warfighter needs

  This position requires up to 30% international and domestic travel.

  This position is posted as ONSITE and can be based at Raytheon’s facilities in Huntsville, AL or McKinney, TX..

  Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically Requires: Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant Sustainment, Logistics, Program Management, Project Management or Engineering experience in a military or civilian environment. An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this position.

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or managing program cost, schedule and performance

• Leadership experience

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  Qualifications We Prefer:

• Proven leadership experience managing a large diverse team while executing logistics, depot, and sustainment activities

• Demonstrated consistency, accountability and flexibility managing multiple and competing priorities.

• Track record of developing customer relationships to meet contractual requirements.

• Military experience in Weapons, Munitions or Maintenance and/or experience executing DoD sustainment and/or product support activities

• Knowledge of product life cycle management

• Top Secret Clearance

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
