We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Industrial PVC Compounding Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise measurement, mixing, and compounding of raw materials to produce high-quality PVC products. You will work closely with automated systems and computers to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Raw Material Handling:

• Oversee the intake, storage, and management of raw materials, including PVC resins, additives, and fillers.

• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of material usage.

1. Measurements and Mixing:

• Use computerized systems to input specifications and manage the mixing process.

• Accurately measure and weigh raw materials according to production recipes.

• Monitor and adjust mixing parameters to ensure uniformity and quality.

1. Silo Management:

• Operate and maintain silos for raw material storage, ensuring proper flow and avoiding contamination.

• Regularly inspect silos for leaks or issues and report any maintenance needs.

1. Quality Control:

• Conduct routine quality checks on compounded materials to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

• Record and analyze data to identify trends and make necessary adjustments in the compounding process.

1. Computer Operation:

• Utilize computer systems for monitoring production processes, logging data, and generating reports.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any computer-related issues that arise during production.

1. Safety and Compliance:

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members, including production supervisors and maintenance personnel, to optimize production processes and resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing preferred.

• Previous experience in PVC manufacturing, compounding, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of mixing processes and material properties.

• Proficient in using computers and manufacturing software.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to (insert weight)) and stand for extended periods.

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
