Job Title:

Principle Systems Engineer

Location: Huntsville, AL

Canvas is looking for an amazingly talented

C3BM Principle Systems Engineerto join our team! In this role you will get to engage in Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts to include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs

Duties:

  • Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements.
  • Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals.
  • Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/BC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definitions.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience required
  • Master's Degree in STEM required
  • ActiveSecret Clearance
  • Knowledge of LRDR and TPY-2 (FBM) interoperability required
  • Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes
  • Able to apply network engineering and solutions to support real-worldtest, integration, and operation

Desired Qualifications

  • Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
  • Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
