We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to directly support our government customer. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and managing measures and metrics within the organization. You will serve as the authority on data evaluation and analysis, providing expert guidance to develop high-priority analyses and metrics. You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to identify areas for study, develop data collection formats, and ensure accurate and reliable data. Key responsibilities may include:
Conduct analysis of industry standards for measuring and applying metrics to programs and technical products and services.
Develop approaches to gather necessary information and data regarding products and services and implement these approaches.
Extract, compile, and analyze information from multiple sources to establish baseline measures and determine overall effectiveness and efficiency of programs, products, and services.
Utilize predictive modeling and advanced statistical analysis to translate aggregate program, product, and service metrics into actionable business intelligence for decision making.
Identify, design, and maintain key performance indicators, and present findings in an easily understood and professional formal
Implement predictive modeling and advanced statistical analysis processes to facilitate business decision making.
Build internal relationships with key program, product, and service delivery managers to define crucial business objectives and customer information product needs and requirements.
Develop sophisticated approaches to develop and collect internal and external data regarding the delivery of products and services.
Apply objective, analytical, and critical thinking to the analysis of complex problems using a full suite of analytic tools and techniques.
Conduct ongoing analysis and evaluation of business needs and functional requirements necessary for gathering and reporting data.
Coordinate with the metrics team to develop standardized data collection formats and database queries for ongoing data collection and analysis.
Remain current with industry standards and practices for measuring and applying metrics, maintaining a cognizance of predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
Develop courses of action and establish standard operating procedures for developing new studies.
Required
BS or BA degree
Minimum of 10 years' experience with process improvement/development
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft SharePoint
Experience with Power BI or other data analytics software tools
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
