Job Description Summary

The Branch Manager at RISE Armored Services oversees all day to day operations within their assigned branch, ensuring the accountability, security, and efficiency of Vault and Cash in Transit (CIT) activities including supervising a team of employees, managing daily workflows, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Branch Manager also acts as a key resource for clients, demonstrating excellent communication skills and delivering efficient service.

Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintains a safe and secure environment for all branch employees, ensuring everyone works and returns home safely.
  • Oversees daily operations, including inventory management, vault check-ins/outs, and CIT logistics. Assign and monitor daily and weekly duties.
  • Provides coaching and skill development for vault and CIT employees. Conduct regular employee evaluations and retraining as needed. Conduct interviews for potential new employees as needed.
  • Ensures compliance with all security industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Document and report all incidents, discrepancies, and operational faults.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for new clients and facilities, coordinating special client requests such as ATM replenishments and new client buildouts as well as providing prompt responses to client requests and inquiries.
  • Opens or closes the terminal depot building as scheduled. Secure inventories by executing controls and ensuring compliance with security procedures.
  • Drives company provided vehicles on designated routes providing service to customer locations such as branch delivery/pick up performing ATM replenishment/deposit pick up, and safe replenishment/deposit pick up.
  • Completes and verifies required reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and submitting necessary files before the end of the shift and as requested by General Manager.
  • Audits containers, seal serial numbers, dates, forms, and manifests for accuracy based on company guidelines.
  • Maintains a professional image and demeanor at all times, consistently demonstrating RISE Armored Services values and adhering to the Code of Ethics.
  • Delivers friendly, caring service to internal and external members.
  • Complies with all applicable State and Federal rules and regulations and all RISE Armored policies and procedures.
  • Follow all physical and online security procedures and maintain strict confidentiality of all client information.
  • Completes all required regulatory and compliance training and maintains required knowledge of RISE Armored products, services and policies.
  • Works scheduled hours and maintains punctuality while monitoring all staff to maintain the same standards.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job satisfactorily, an employee must be able to carry out each essential duty competently.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Required - Must be 21 years of age
  • Required - High School diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred - College degree in criminal justice, business administration, or a closely related field
  • Required - 2 years of experience in a position that required balancing, auditing, and verification of high volumes of cash and coin
  • Preferred - Security industry, military, or law enforcement experience
  • Preferred - 2 years of supervisory experience

SKILLS/ABILITIES
  • Ability to obtain relevant State Regulatory Board Armed Security Officer license
  • Ability to obtain a Medical Examiners Certificate via US DOT approved medical examiners
  • Effectively apply internal and external customer service pra tices and processes to meet quality service standards.
  • Learn and apply information, on a wide range of security service, as well as compliance requirements, in order to assess security concerns and help develop security solutions.
  • Resolve problems utilizing knowledge and experience.
  • Communicate in a professional manner and deliver information clearly and effectively. Actively listen to questions, opinions and ideas of others. Use tact and diplomacy in sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Use correct English including spelling, grammar and punctuation.
  • Operate computers and use business software and other standard office equipment.
  • Understand and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Set priorities and manage ones own time effectively.
