[IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking an individual in Huntsville, AL to be an Army Metering Program Analyst. Provides technical, consultative, and administrative services across a broad range of functional disciplines related to Army Materiel Command Army Metering Program (AMP). Assist the customer in effectiveness and efficiency of military related operations, resources, and programs to include planning, resource management, pricing, and metrics development.

  • Collects data from databases, web-based sources and tools, industry reports, public information, and/or internal sources related to AMP. Ensure information meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Investigate current practices and lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for areas to improve current implementations.
  • Translates AMP data into valuable insights for operational decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Provide direction to team which prepares reports, dashboards and graphic illustrations of findings.
  • May collaborate with functional areas to develop and maintain performance metrics, measurements, methods and targets.
  • Presents findings to General Officers and Senior Executive Staffs and internal stakeholders.
  • Makes recommendations based on an understanding of the Department of Defense, Department of the Army and, Army Materiel Commands strategy and stakeholder needs.
  • Lead Working Groups, In Process Reviews, Program Managements reviews which includes Department of Defense, Department of the Army and, Army Materiel Command stakeholders.
  • Prepare senior-level presentations that communicate the as-is and the to-be states and clearly demonstrate business value to be gained from an improvement.
  • Ability to work on-site at HQAMC BLDG 4400.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 7 years of work related experience.

Ability to clearly present and communicate technical approaches and findings.
