Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Analyst Advanced to join our team! In this role you will get to support the Missile Defense Agency’s Facilities Operations and Sustainment efforts at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
What You'll Be Doing:
Draft, coordinate, staff and maintain Facility Requirements Documents
Participate in design charrettes, reviews, and meetings associated with Military Construction (MILCON) and Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects
Prepare, coordinate, and track to closure Facility Change Proposals
Participate in master planning activities
Produce and/or support configuration management plan development, revision, and execution
Support the Government Project Manager to plan, program, execute, and document Military Construction (MILCON) and sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) projects
Prepare and coordinate Facilities Engineering Work Requests
Prepare decision documentation at the General Officer/Senior Executive Service level to include briefings and supporting materials such as executive summaries, courses of action status reports, and information papers
Review and develop responses to construction, repair, and renovation projects design documentation, requests for information, and submittals
Lead and/or participate in, and document site facilities working groups to coordinate for maintenance activities and facility changes
Produce project status reports
Work as part of an interdisciplinary technical team on facility projects
Provide surveillance of maintenance and/or construction contractor activities
Draft, review, and contribute to technical reports and documentation
Obtain, analyze, distribute, and archive technical and contractual information
Develop scopes of work to address facilities deficiencies
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
A Bachelor’s degree with 13+ years relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance - this requires US Citizenship
Proficient using Microsoft Office and Adobe software suites
Capable of working independently or leading teams to solve problems
Strong technical writing skills
Ability to resolve issues and make sound decisions which are in the best interest of the government customer
Ability to learn and support multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
Display attention to detail in all work
Able to develop strong rapport with personnel
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Missile Defense Agency and/or DOD facility engineering, design, operations, and sustainment management
Facility systems operations maintenance manual development, implementation, and revisions
Experienced in working projects with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and host installation Base Civil Engineer (BCE) or Department of Public Works (DPW)
Facility condition assessments, facility repair and renovation project standup and execution
USACE/Host Installation construction, repair, and renovation projects surveillance and oversight
Facilities project planning and design scoping
Specialized relevant DoD facilities engineering and maintenance experience
Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
Secret

Salary Range:
$83,300.00 - $145,800.00
