Position Description:

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing, employee-owned company supporting the US Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO), is searching for an experienced Aegis Weapons System Subject Matter Expert to join our team. We are looking for a candidate to serve as an Aegis Weapon System (AWS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting development of the Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Architectures for the Guam Defense System (GDS) Joint Project Office (JPO). The candidate will develop Concepts of Operation (CONOPS) and capability requirements for weapon, sensor, and fire control integrations from different domains into the Joint IAMD architecture, as well as support the GDS Chief Engineer with integration of the AWS into the Joint IAMD architecture. Incumbent will provide periodic program reviews and technical presentations to Government and enterprise stakeholders. Duties also include coordination across multiple teams including Missile Defense Agency, U.S. Navy and other Services and stakeholders to develop requirements for planning, execution, and feedback on Joint IAMD concepts and capabilities.

Required Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

Three or more years briefing leadership at the Military O6 or government GS-15 or higher level.

US citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (Top Secret Desired).

Education and Experience:

Education: Four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college, or university.

Three or more years of experience conducting analysis of Aegis Weapon System integration and system performance.

OR

Specialized Experience which includes 1) Six or more years of experience conducting analysis of Aegis Weapon System integration and system performance; AND 2) Three or more years of experience with AEGIS doctrine, and AEGIS doctrine statements.

OR

Combination of Education and Experience.

Desired Qualifications:

Previous experience conducting capabilities analysis for military acquisition programs.

Joint Professional Military Education (Phase 1 and Phase 2).

Operational experience using the AWS and Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC).

Experience working in U.S. Navy Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems.

Service on an AEGIS ship or AEGIS Ashore station in the position of AEGIS Fire Control Chief Petty Officer, Systems Test Officer, Weapons Officer, Combat Systems Officer, Executive Officer and/or Commanding Officer.

AEGIS Ballistic Missile Defense experience.
