ATS is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to support ATS Huntsville in Huntsville, AL (4 miles north of downtown). This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Quickly learn and become proficient with Applied Technical Services internal systems and processes to provide direct administrative support and office management for a busy office with engineers and technicians that provide critical Non-Destructive Testing and other related services to a variety of industrial customers in and around Atlanta. A key function of this job is direct support of Billing and Invoicing functions.
Quoting and Scheduling On-Site Services
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Reading and interpreting purchase orders
Communicating with customers
Maintain reports, files, archive folders, records
Coordinate work documentation with other ATS facilities
Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills:
Knowledge of basic office equipment required; printer, fax, etc.
Must be a quick learner
Proficient in Microsoft Office -Word & Excel ; Data Base knowledge; typing skills
Experience interacting with clients
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have a VERY strong attention to detail
Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one given time and should be able to transition among tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Must be team oriented and able to work with little supervision
Education:High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
