Our client, a leading global workforce solutions company, is seeking a Staging Associate to join their team. As a Staging Associate, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting the receiving and shipping of materials. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be able to operate material handling equipment, and have experience with inventory systems.

Job Title: Staging Associate

Location: Melville, NY

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assist in handling, prepping, and getting pallets ready for the automated system.

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.

• Input accurate data into Receiving/Shipping inventory systems.

• Read requisitions, tickets, packaging labeling, skid and drum labeling, packing lists, and bills of lading to accurately select materials for movement and QA approval.

• Maintain WMS/SAP inventory integrity by keying in carton to pallet to quantity.

What's Needed?

• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.

• Experience with inventory systems, specifically Receiving/Shipping inventory systems.

• Ability to read and interpret requisitions, tickets, packaging labeling, skid and drum labeling, packing lists, and bills of lading.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to input accurate data into inventory systems.

• Ability to work the hours of 3 PM to 11:15 PM, Monday through Friday.
