Description Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, completion, and financial outcomes of our construction projects. You will be guiding the project from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring timelines, safety measures, quality standards, and budget goals are met. The successful candidate will possess excellent skills in project management, project scheduling, and estimating.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage construction projects from conception to completion.

Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing design teams and coordinating with contractors, engineers, architects, and key team members.

Estimate costs and timelines for project design and development.

Develop and implement project strategies and schedules ensuring timely project completion.

Supervise the work of the construction team and sub-contractors, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards and building codes.

Coordinate and direct the preparation of project budgets, bid proposals, contracts, and documentation.

Ensure project safety compliance according to the law and company standards.

Review work progress daily, resolve design and implementation issues.

Coordinate and facilitate communication among all parties involved in projects, including architects, engineers, contractors, sub-contractors, and clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

At least 5 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project management.

Knowledge of current construction technology, construction techniques, and tools.

Proficiency in construction project management software.

Proven ability to supervise, organize, and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent knowledge of building codes, safety laws, and regulations.

Effective communication skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and discipline when necessary.

Strong credibility and integrity, being committed to high-quality performance.

Proven ability to prepare budgets, schedules, and cost estimates.

Focused on maintaining project safety and delivering high-quality work.

The Construction Project Manager should rise to the challenge of any given project, displaying diligence, attention to detail, and the leadership traits necessary to inspire their team. They should be adept at multitasking, excellent at estimating works and budgets, and communicating their plans effectively to all team members and stakeholders.
