Hyatt Intermediate Cook - Pastry ($27.00/hr.) in HUNTINGTON BEACH, California
Description:
Preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards; assists higher level bakers; other duties as assigned by Chef.
Qualifications:
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Refined verbal communication skills.
2 years of previous pastry/baking experience preferred.
Able to work single station in the kitchen.
Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight.
California Food Handlers Certification required.
