Responsibilities: * Administer medications, treatments, and perform medical procedures as prescribed. * Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status of patients. * Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. * Provide emotional support and companionship while ensuring patient comfort and safety. * Communicate with family members and healthcare providers to coordinate and implement care plans.
