Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in Huntington Beach, California, for an Accounts Payable Clerk who will be integral to our finance team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be expected to handle a variety of tasks related to accounts payable, such as invoice processing, account reconciliation, and vendor communication.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and upload invoices into the designated system

• Ensure payments are current by monitoring accounts

• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in accounts payable transactions

• Prepare for check runs and process expense reports

• Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor files

• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain a detail oriented correspondence

• Assist in closing accounts at the end of each month

• Provide necessary documentation in case of audits

• Review, verify, and sort invoices and check requests

• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager. Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required.

• Must be capable of conducting Check Runs.

• Familiarity with Coding Invoices is essential.

• The role requires strong Data Entry skills.

• Expertise in Invoice Processing is required.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
