Adecco is hiring immediately for Accounts Payable Specialist in Huntington beach! This is a temp-to-hire opportunities with a pay rate of $25-27/hr. This is an onsite role.

An Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining a company's incoming payments and ensuring accurate financial records. Key duties include:

· Perform data entry of invoices, verifying statements, filing, scanning, and printing

Answer inquiries regarding Accounts Payable issues

Complete full Accounts Payable Cycle Process including data entry, check runs, wire transfers, international payments, international and domestic freight

Classify invoices and purchase orders and post to correct general ledger accounts using standard accounts payable chart of accounts.

· Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment

Computer Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft, Excel, and Word.

Other Skills: Detail-oriented, accurate, and strong ability with10-key by touch. Understanding of general filing skills and alphabetizing.

Preferred Skills: Experience with LN M3, Royal IV, or SAP ERP software.

This role typically requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
