Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a meticulous Data Analyst in HUNT VALLEY, Maryland. The role is set within the industry of accounting and property tax, with a focus on database management and Excel-based tasks. The role will be primarily based on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process tax bill submittal and dispatch directly to the client

• Maintain precise records of customer credit

• Offer client support by setting up new clients and their properties

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary

• Handle data entry and document processing tasks

• Track payment and log these updates in the systems

• Review calculated tax bills and forward them to the clients

• Pull reports, check for newly released property values, and pull values from various jurisdictions websites

• Identify the data that can be tracked in the upcoming weeks and determine when values will be released Requirements • Applicant must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst role or similar position.

• Demonstrable knowledge of Database Management is crucial for this role.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel is required, including a strong understanding of Excel Formulas.

• Experience with VLOOKUP in Excel is essential.

• Candidate should have a solid grounding in Accounting Entries.

• Familiarity with Property Tax is an added advantage.
