Purpose of Role

This leadership role is responsible for leading all Planning responsibilities (pre-season, in-season, and demand) for a Mexico Wholesale, in addition to management of accounts open-to-buy which drive sales, margin, turn, and profitability. This leader is a key strategic partner of multiple Sales Directors, Channel Merchandising Director, and regularly presents to Sr Directors and VPs, collaborating to develop and execute plans that support brand vision. This leader is critical to delivering revenue and inventory targets for the MX Wholesale business, owning and driving in partnership with the merchandising & sales team the creation of top line and divisional sales that support the key KPI planned metrics.

Your Impact

This role includes:

  • Key decision maker for how much product to purchase to support the business plan.

  • Owns receipts and inventory for all Wholesale channels of business

  • Hires, trains and develops 3-4 Sr. Planner/Planner level direct reports.

  • End-to-end Demand Planning ownership.

  • Cross-functional partner driving integrated planning process.

  • Fiscal LE & Demand Alignment ownership.

  • SKU & Class Plan ownership.

  • Drive reconciliation of Seasonal Plans with OTB & retail plans.

-Own the GTM Planning process for Team channel, drive alignment between demand plan and financials.

-Develop Long Range Channel level plans that support merchandise & sales strategy

-Partner with Planning SR. Director on functional execution and process development

-Role will manage the planning function for Mexico While in alignment with AMR Planning Process and GTM Calendar

-Will be responsible for aligning MX milestones back to the standard Demand & S&OP cycles, ensuring unique country specific calendar dates are adhered to.

-Sr. Manager will be critical in aligning efforts to drive a stable and fiscally aligned demand signal through all planning deliverables

-Key Partner to Sales, Merchandise, and Finance teammates

-Will be active contributor in Key Account touch points

-Responsible for assessing technical concepts and provide multi-dimensional action items to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in Reporting & Forecast Analysis

Will drive account level planning process through 3 direct reports. Conduct monthly channel/forecast reviews to ensure alignment to financial goals

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree

7+ years in experience in Planning, or other related field

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Mexico City office.

  • Return to Work Designation: 3 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Base Compensation

$1,174,899.00 - $1,615,485.30 MXN

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
