Hiring: Metal Fabrication Operator

Shift: 5:30am- 4pm Monday- Thursday; 5:30am-10am Fridays

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced operator who can efficiently run Press Breaks, Sheers, Punch Press, and industrial saws to cut and form sheet metal. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating metal fabrication machinery and be able to read and work off blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate Press Breaks, Sheers, Punch Press, and industrial saws to cut and form sheet metal.

• Repair, set up, and adjust machines as required by product plans and production schedules.

• Ensure sufficient raw materials are available.

• Measure and align materials to be used.

• Inspect products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance on the machinery.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of operating experience.

• Experience operating metal fabrication machinery (Press Breaks, Sheers, Punch Press, and industrial saws).

• Ability to read and work off blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Sheet metal fabrication.

• Blueprint reading.

• Grinding.

• Press brake operation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00
