Crucial Responsibilities:

• Undertake full life-cycle recruiting for our client's vibrant warehouse, customer service, sales, and office teams.

• Scout for extraordinary talents, both active and passive, by skillful management of candidate pipelines, obtaining high-value referrals, and creating powerful professional contacts.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to discern talent requisites, job responsibilities, essential qualifications, and skills.

• Conduct insightful interviews to gauge candidate alignment with role requirements.

• Foster and enhance partnerships with recruitment firms, universities, and other organizations to attract top-grade talents.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.

• A minimum span of 3+ years in recruiting/talent acquisition

• Readiness to travel for participating in job fairs, university recruitment events, and visits to domestic branches (about 20%)
