Prepare and cook menu items, according to recipes and quality standards. Assist with food preparation, including chopping, cutting and measuring ingredients. Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies. Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety guidelines. Clean and maintain work areas, utensils and equipment. Must be able to take/follow direction. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Attentiveness and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Strong work ethic and detail oriented.
