Previous experience as a prep cook is preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Assist with food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and measuring ingredients. Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies. Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety guidelines. Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment. Must be able to take and follow directions. Attentiveness and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must have a strong work ethic and be detail oriented. Must pass drug screening. Full and part time positions available.
