In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this role, it will be performed fulltime on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
The Role:
In this role you will support the Compass Call Mission Crew Simulator (CCMCS). This is expected to be a hands-on role supporting software troubleshooting with a high-level system engineering perspective. Significant travel of 30% to work with suppliers is possible. We are focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions through the lifecycle of system development on schedule and within cost.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Top Secret Security Clearance (active within the past two years).
Willingness to obtain DoD 8570 (Security or greater) certification.
Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools.
Ability to prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needs.
Proven design, analysis, and communication skills.
Some knowledge of C or other software programming languages.
Ability to work onsite in a laboratory environment
Willingness to Travel up to 30%.
Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field, and minimum of 4 years of work experience or equivalent experience.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Familiarity with the Compass Call Program.
Security certification .
Significant experience with integration and test of software products.
Understanding of programmatic schedule and cost.
Experience performing requirements analysis, derivation, and allocation, and translating requirements to viable concepts design solutions.
Experience with Integration and test at the system level.
Experience with creating and tracking technical performance measurements.
Experience with Electronic Warfare Systems.
Familiarity with modern engineering techniques, such as Model Based Systems Engineering.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
