ManpowerGroup 1st Shift Mill Setup / Operator in Hubertus, Wisconsin
Our client, a leading metal fabrication company, is seeking a 1st Shift Mill Setup / Operator to join their team. As a 1st Shift Mill Setup / Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting a dedicated team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: 1st Shift Mill Setup / Operator
Location: Germantown, WI
Pay Range: $18-$28 per hour
What's the Job?
Independently setup, program, and operate Haas Mills, Knee Mills, and other equipment.
Machine complex, high tolerance parts and components from blueprints and models.
Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments.
Visualize and compute dimensions, sizes, shapes, and tolerances based on specifications.
Maintain a high standard of quality and efficiency in all machining tasks.
What's Needed?
Must have at least 3 years of machining experience.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attendance and a positive, “can do” attitude.
Experience with Solidworks and/or MasterCAM is a plus but not required.
