Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
负责ODM产品SLE后的所有质量相关问题。
制定ODM产品的制造质量指导，领导MP质量问题的解决，以快速有效地解决问题。
支持海外新生产转移和量产，建立和审核关键绩效指标，推动全球EMS持续改进。
管理KD材料和分装件的质量，领导处理海外EMS工厂的KD材料质量问题，并对RMA责任做出最终判断。
启动和评估ODM/EMS系统和定期审计，并推动其改进，以满足要求。
管理ORT和驱动odm有效解决相关问题，并快速锁定纠正措施。
协调处理海外工厂/EMS/ODM之间的争论。
定期与odm进行MQR/QQR审核并推动持续改进。
同步和标准化全局流程/程序。
岗位要求：
本科及以上学历，工程专业背景，至少5年制造、运营或质量管理工作经验。
熟悉供应链相关活动。如制造，SMT，装配，IE，测试，新产品导入和质量(至少需要以上3个经验)。
良好的六西格玛和精益生产经验和知识，良好的统计知识，分析和解决问题的能力，GB或BB优先。
良好的全球视野和战略思维。
在动态环境中具有良好的风险评估和决策能力。
良好的领导和人际交往能力，较强的协作和影响能力。
流利的英语口语和写作能力。会日语交流者优先考虑。
熟练使用微软办公软件，熟练使用商业智能软件优先。
为人负责、负责、诚实、透明。
如果业务需要，愿意出差到中国EMS工厂工作。
