ASRC Federal Holding Company Tactical Intelligence Targeting Access Node SME in Huachuca City, Arizona

ASRC Federal is seeking a highly qualified Tactical Intelligence Targeting Access Node (TITAN) professional , to provide specialized technical support for the development, sustainment, and life cycle management of TITAN capabilities. This role is critical in ensuring that TITAN’s capability requirements are created, managed, and prioritized in alignment with the Army’s modernization efforts, particularly under the MDI-F framework.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support for the integration of advanced data management, sensor processing, and AI/ML capabilities into the TITAN system to enhance performance and responsiveness in dynamic operational environments.

  • Ensure TITAN's continuous operational readiness, addressing evolving intelligence and targeting needs.

  • Collaborate closely with the JCIDS manager and relevant organizations to ensure that TITAN’s capability requirements are accurately captured, thoroughly documented, and aligned with Army modernization priorities and MDI-F framework objectives.

  • Assist in the development, management, and prioritization of new and emerging TITAN capability requirements.

  • Ensure that TITAN remains at the forefront of intelligence and targeting capabilities within the Army’s operational strategy by contributing to its alignment with the Army’s broader modernization goals.

Requirements :

Qualifications :

  • Extensive experience in the development, sustainment, and life cycle management of intelligence systems, particularly TITAN.

  • Strong understanding of data management, sensor processing, and AI/ML technologies and their application in military intelligence and targeting.

  • A bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant experience with formal military and civilian education.

  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET-SCI clearance.

  • Experience with the JCIDS process and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to meet capability requirements.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational readiness and modernization efforts.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Acrobat Professional, with experience in producing executive-level briefings, presentations, and publications.

  • Strong editing skills, including style, copy, and language edits to ensure clarity, logical flow, and appropriate use of technical terms, in line with AR 25-50 and JCIDS guidelines.

  • Ability to conduct substantive edits, ensuring documents are logically structured and complete.

  • Experience working independently on projects involving research and the preparation of presentation materials.

  • Expertise in managing JCIDS requirements, including documenting and prioritizing system capabilities.

  • Knowledge of DoDIN, cloud computing frameworks, and testing SaaS applications related to enterprise systems development.

  • Familiarity with Military Intelligence systems, C5ISR functions, and capability development across various echelons.

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
