Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are a blow molding facility that primarily supports the automotive industry by manufacturing tanks and reservoirs for vehicles. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs. The role involves both preventive maintenance and responding to equipment failures.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment up to 480v.
Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Troubleshoot and repair PLCs.
Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic prints.
Utilize and interpret multimeters.
Respond to equipment failures and minimize downtime.
Essential Skills
Experience troubleshooting up to 480v.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulics and pneumatics.
Ability to read electrical and hydraulic prints.
Skilled in using and interpreting a multimeter.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to understand and edit Ladder Logic.
Experience in troubleshooting PLCs.

Work Environment
This is a hot manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled, so it will be very hot in the summer. Candidates must be comfortable working in these conditions. The available position is on the 2nd shift, from 3pm to 11pm , with very little overtime at the moment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HOWE, Indiana .
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00
