Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Techno Functional Consultant with expertise in the implementation and configuration of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday HR modules. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR processes and be adept at bridging the gap between technology and business requirements to deliver optimal solutions

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead and execute end-to-end implementation of Workday HCM and HR modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.

  • Solution Design: Develop and implement scalable and efficient solutions, leveraging Workday's capabilities to enhance HR processes and workflows.

  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support, including system integrations, data migration, and custom report development.

  • Training & Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Workday HCM and HR modules.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process optimizations, staying abreast of the latest Workday features and best practices.

  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring successful project completion within scope and budget.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM and HR implementation and configuration.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.

  • Certification: Workday HCM and HR certification preferred.

  • Skills: Strong technical acumen, proficiency in Workday configuration, integration, and reporting. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
