Pay is based on experience and Bonuses are given based off work performance.
Job description is as follows:
Minimum age 16 due to company policy
- Assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Enter and organize financial data accurately into our tax software
- Collaborate with experienced tax professionals to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Learn and adapt to new tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant tax preparation
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge Requirements:
- No prior experience in tax preparation or data entry required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education in accounting or finance is a plus)
