Our client, a leader in the environmental services industry, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various teams across Canadian locations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Hybrid (Milwaukee, Wisconsin or Houston, Texas)
What's the Job?
Handle the entire recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, candidate identification, telephone screening, interviews, administration of pre-hire surveys, and preparation and presentation of offers.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience to all applicants.
Effectively manage multiple open positions ranging from management to entry-level roles.
Work closely with Hiring Managers and the Human Resources team to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.
Train and advise hiring managers on policies, procedures, and recruitment techniques.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the human resources field with a focus on recruitment.
Experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition software and job boards.
Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills.
