Our client, a leader in the environmental services industry, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various teams across Canadian locations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Hybrid (Milwaukee, Wisconsin or Houston, Texas)

What's the Job?

• Handle the entire recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, candidate identification, telephone screening, interviews, administration of pre-hire surveys, and preparation and presentation of offers.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience to all applicants.

• Effectively manage multiple open positions ranging from management to entry-level roles.

• Work closely with Hiring Managers and the Human Resources team to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.

• Train and advise hiring managers on policies, procedures, and recruitment techniques.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the human resources field with a focus on recruitment.

• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle.

• In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition software and job boards.

• Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills.
