Insight Global Spectrum Application Support Lead in Houston, Texas
Job Description
A large Utilities Company is looking for an Implementation and Application Support Lead to join their Spectrum implementation team. The Support Lead's primary focus will be responding and resolving tickets and requests around the application using Service Now ticketing system. They will need to have knowledge related to hour the application supports the business, ensuring accuracy of the change management during implementations and resolutions, and should have experience working to support end users. This role is remote and requires working 8-5PM EST, it will be a long-term contract with a possibility to convert to a full-time employee. This position has an hourly rate ranging from $50-60/hour depending on level of skills and years of experience.

Skills and Requirements
5+ Years of Experience providing Spectrum Application Support
Experience with Spectrum Implementations
Previous experience handling support tickets and resolving support related issues
Strong Financial understanding and/or background
Efficient communication skills, written and verbal
Understanding of how different modules within Spectrum and third part systems work together null
