Responsibilities:

  • Supervise facility analysts who conduct remote inspections, ensuring thorough and accurate reports based on a strong understanding of equipment and systems.

  • Produce clear and concise reports, utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Create reports using analytic software and live remote connections by consistently applying the standard inspection report template. Verify any issues identified through analytics remotely before inclusion, clearly indicating if they relate to BAS or mechanical systems.

  • Set up and accurately document remote inspections using accounting software.

  • Collaborate with the account manager and resource coordinator to prepare quotes for issue resolution.

  • Confirm proper setup of remote inspections in analytic software.

  • Assist the remote helpdesk as needed for timely customer support, using accounting software to track time spent on issues. Maintain clear communication with the resource coordinator and customers regarding issue resolution or the need for onsite technicians.

  • Coordinate with the resource coordinator for timely renewal of expiring contracts.

  • Ensure equitable distribution of reports among facility analysts each month in collaboration with the resource coordinator/resource coordinator assistant.

  • Complete remote programming tasks efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Review and verify facility analysts' monthly billable time, addressing discrepancies promptly.

  • Review quarterly Trane reports to prevent exposure of Trane SC's via external IP's, collaborating with customers to either remove the external IP or obtain an opt-out letter.

  • Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with facility analysts to support their growth.

  • Respond to non-service-related emails within 24 hours; seek team assistance if necessary.

  • Continuously redevelop analytics offering and reporting to ensure we stay current with technology.

    Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or construction management from a four-year college or university.
