Responsibilities
As a Service Manager, youll be a leader in a high-performance culture. Youll put your proven leadership skills to work in developing and motivating your team to deliver top-notch service to every customer. Youll blend industry knowledge with interpersonal skills to demonstrate how to earn customer trust with know-how and empathy. An excellent communicator, youre prepared for heavy customer and employee engagement. In addition to supporting the growth and success of the business, youll lend a hand with community service projects that improve where you live and work.
You will
- Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training
- Motivate the service team to consistently provide the worlds best service, prioritizing safety
- Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
- Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team
- Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management
- Lead training meetings
- Oversee our Orkin Pro Ride-A-Long program
- Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections, proposed course of action, and delivery of outstanding empathetic customer service every time
- Champion innovation by supporting the team in adopting new products, services and technology
- Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity

Qualifications
What do you need to be successful?
- Sales experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid drivers license required
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
- Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients
