Job Role: Production Accounting Specialist

Location: Houston TX

Job Description:

We are seeking Production Accounting Specialist who will be doing development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of applications used to capture, integrate, and allocate production volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Production Accounting Systems

• Discovery - Gather requirements (Customer engagement)

• Provide solution and Implement solution

• Collaborate with client business groups, internal team members and other internal resource.

• Lead or support projects of different sizes, analyzing data to identify gaps and find solutions, and collaborating with teams.

• Collaborate with the business and technical teams to facilitate the new report via the database and application.

• Do the application maintenance and support like upgrade to the new versions, its testing.

• Provide training and training documentation.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business / Engineering / Information technology or related areas.

• Proficient in Production Accounting Domain of Oil and Gas industry.

• 15 years of industrial experience with 5 years in the Production Accounting Systems (Procount or Joyn) implementation and support.

• Proficiency in SQL Database and excellent communication skills.

• Business Analysis / Requirements Gathering skills.

• Experience in the upstream Oil and Gas industry preferred.
