R1 RCM Senior Manager, Call Center in Houston, Texas

As our Senior Manager, Call Center Operations you will oversee call center operations with a commitment to our Patient First approach and a focus on continuous improvement of desired outcomes. Every day you will demonstrate a commitment to excellence through continuous team development by directly supporting our customer service teams, ensure customer service performance levels are met or exceeded by analyzing call center metrics, and driving strategic innovation to meet the needs our clients and patients. To thrive in this role, you must have previous experience as a manager in a healthcare call center, the ability to compile and analyze data to measure team performance, and a strong desire to help your team successfully support patients.

Here’s what you will experience working as a Senior Manager, Call Center Operations:

  • Manage a remote workforce of up to 150 call center staff including 10 direct reports

  • Ensures call center performance levels meet or exceed established service level, quality goals and cost goals; communicates performance results at appropriate intervals

  • Provide feedback and coaching that mentors, develops, and guides team members to efficiently leverage the value of every call for maximum net reservation revenue to clients

  • Deliver results against a defined scope of work that includes measurable ROI, strategic innovation, and performance reporting

  • Prepare and present performance reviews and outcomes to internal and external customers

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience managing a remote healthcare call center with a minimum of 5 direct reports and a team of 75 employees

  • Reporting and interpretation of data using Excel

  • Previous experience forecasting staffing needs and talent development

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $93,150.00 - $125,196.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
