RGP Senior Commercial Risk Reporting Analyst (SAP) in Houston, Texas
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Risk Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting Global Trading Operations . In this role, you will be instrumental in managing market exposure, mark-to-market processes, and providing full support to commercial trading teams across various commodities. You will work directly with traders and schedulers, delivering insightful risk reports and analyses that drive strategic decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Risk Reporting , transactional risk management, and experience with commodities trading. Commercial Risk Reporting: Lead the risk reporting processes for global trading operations, providing actionable insights on market exposure, mark-to-market positions, and transactional risk.
Work Directly with Traders and Schedulers: Collaborate closely with traders, schedulers, and other stakeholders to ensure that risk is accurately monitored and reported in real-time.
Transactional Risk Management: Oversee and manage risk reporting for transactions across multiple commodities, including clean products and gas.
SAP Risk Reporting: Utilize your expertise in SAP Risk Reporting to manage and generate reports that support the trading desks, ensuring that all risk metrics are thoroughly tracked and analyzed.
Commodities Risk Management: Apply your extensive knowledge of commodities trading to support the risk management framework across diverse markets.
System Integration: Leverage your experience with SAP or Allegro to streamline risk reporting and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the commercial risk management processes.
SAP Risk Reporting Expertise: Strong experience with SAP Risk Reporting, particularly in a trading or commodities-focused environment, is essential for this role.
Commodities Risk Management: At least 5+ years of experience in risk management specific to commodities trading, with a focus on clean products reporting, gas risk reporting, or other commodity-specific reporting.
Trading and Transactional Risk Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing transactional risk reporting, working directly with traders and schedulers, and understanding the operational nuances of commercial trading.
Strong Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex trading data and present insights that support strategic decision-making for global trading operations.
System Proficiency: Experience with SAP or Allegro is required, and familiarity with other trading or risk management systems is a plus.
Effective Communication: Ability to communicate complex risk assessments clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across trading and risk management teams.
Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
Pay Range: $ 65-85/hr w2
