We are looking for a skilled SAP Lead with both functional and technical expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to drive our business solutions and operations. This role will involve spearheading, designing, implementing, and monitoring our SAP systems.

Key responsibilities include leading the day-to-day maintenance and management of our SAP systems, conceptualizing and executing system improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a sound understanding of SAP modules, a flair for problem-solving, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Essential duties include:

  • Analyzing complex business processes and requirements.

  • Leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP SCM solutions.

  • Ensuring system optimization, data integrity, and consistency.

  • Managing technical support for functional specifications and development of custom objects.

  • Providing expert guidance to team members and stakeholders regarding SAP system capabilities and best practices.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SAP Lead with an emphasis on SCM.

  • Proficiency in SAP modules related to supply chain management.

  • Excellent knowledge of SAP configuration and business process procedures.

  • Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
