Description

Phillips66 is looking to grow their Salesforce development team under their IT Marketing organization. This is a brand new position they are brining in to stabilize their Salesforce environment as well as help with increased workload due to different business units growing with new Salesforce functionality. CPQ is being implemented in both IT marketing and IT lubricants, so this person will be supporting this implementation.

The Digital Customer Experience team at Phillips 66 is actively seeking a Salesforce Developer to play a pivotal role in the enhancement and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. This team is responsible for creating and optimizing experiences for our customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that our organization provides an exceptional online customer journey. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for customizing and developing Salesforce solutions to meet the evolving needs of our growing organization. This role requires an understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management, as well as effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities May Include

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to support and streamline business processes, including the creation of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and other customizations as needed.

• Perform data migrations, data maintenance, and data quality initiatives within the Salesforce platform.

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for various teams and departments.

• Assist in the development of user training materials and provide training and support to end-users as needed.

• Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the organization's Salesforce implementation remains up-to-date and efficient.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and effective communication throughout the development lifecycle.

Position Requirements:

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Workflow Rules.

• Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling and reporting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of integration tools and techniques for Salesforce, such as REST and SOAP APIs.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Advanced Approvals, & Salesforce Shield

• Experience with other CRM systems and related technologies.

• A track record of successful Salesforce project implementations.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• A strong commitment to keeping abreast of the latest Salesforce developments and best practices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00
