Brookdale Senior Living Sales Manager in Houston, Texas
**[As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a: [Guide for families and older adults Youll be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in. Team player Youll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations. Partner Youll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
- Valid drivers license for driving to different worksites.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic documentation.
