Job Description: Report Developer

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain application and database components for new and existing systems.
Review and create technical requirements and specifications for reports and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
Participate in the development of test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
Ensure the accuracy, security, and compliance of data and reporting processes.
Monitor, identify, and implement updates or changes based on business requirements.
Work closely with departments to define and execute reporting specifications.
Provide troubleshooting support and optimize the performance of reporting systems.
Attend regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and development strategies.
Required Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred but not required).
Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a backend or full-stack developer or as a data analyst with reporting responsibilities.
Skills:
Proficiency in SQL and database management.
Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or C#).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Certifications: Industry-relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.
