Valet Living Regional Vice President Sales - Central Region in Houston, Texas
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, the Regional VP of Sales is responsible for promoting the Valet Living brand and meeting annual revenue goals by driving team performance. The RVP of Sales will divide their time between revenue generation and sales team management.
Salary range: $155,000 - $170,000
OTE: $232,500 - 255,000
Management Incentive Plan Bonus: 25% of base salary
Auto allowance: You will be eligible to participate in an auto allowance reimbursement program plus receive monthly variable mileage reimbursement.
Essential duties include:
Develop and execute strategies to grow the adoption of amenities solutions in the multifamily space
Optimize revenue growth, client satisfaction, pipeline development and forecast management
Lead a high-performing team of Regional Sales Managers who coach and develop Market Directors of Sales, Regional Sales Executives, and Account Executives within their assigned regions
Develop short-and long-term regional plans that drive maximum sales revenue and align with departmental and organizational goals
Participate in the recruitment, hiring and training of Regional Sales Managers and Executives
Assist the team with contract negotiations
Attend and/or assist in securing executive level sales meetings as needed
Support the sales team through the communication of best practices and professional development opportunities
Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust the region’s marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
Monitor competitor products/services, sales, and marketing activities
Develop and nurture relationships with major management companies within the assigned region
Represent Valet Living at industry associations such as NAA, MFE, NMHC
Facilitate alignment between the sales team and field service operations leaders
Collaborate with marketing to determine proper sales and retention channels
Partner with Sales Operations to develop the critical metrics, reports, and technology to predict and track success
Work with HR and FPA to build and maintain an equitably balanced reward program to attract, retain, and incentivize top talent
You are a good fit if you have the following experience, education, and skills:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
5+ years of sales leadership experience
10+ years in a business-to-business outside consultative sales environment
Experience selling in or to the multi-family industry
Demonstrated experience in the implementation of scalable processes and org structures
Proven experience managing teams in a remote environment while consistently exceeding sales objectives
Proficiency in MS Office applications and database experience
Ability to work with cross-functional teams within the organization
