Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Recruiter III to join their team. As a Recruiter III, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to recruitment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter III

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: $44.89 - $62.40 per hour

What's the Job?

• Create and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract diverse candidate pools.

• Engage with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent high-volume recruitment experience.

• 4-6 years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience.

• Strong knowledge of data management techniques and OFCCP guidelines.

• Experience with automated applicant tracking tools, preferably Workday.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
