Description We are in search of a Records Clerk to be a part of our team located in Houston, Texas. As a Records Clerk, you'll be tasked with the management of customer records, handling customer inquiries, and monitoring customer accounts. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity and operates within the Commercial Collections industry.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and maintain customer credit applications.

• Monitor and respond to a high volume of inbound telephone calls and emails.

• Accurately save and scan emails into PDFs.

• Conduct manual filing and manage electronic records.

• Screen and transfer calls as needed.

• Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks.

• Make deposits and maintain familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, and Word.

• Handle multiple tasks and switch gears quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Support in managing commercial collections.

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not a prerequisite. Requirements • Proficiency in Collections, particularly in a commercial context.

• Familiarity with Commercial Collections.

• Demonstrated ability to handle Electronic Records.

• Strong skills in Filing and maintaining organization of documents.

• Spanish Language proficiency is desirable.

• Capable of providing Phone Coverage and handling Inbound Telephone Calls efficiently.

• Basic Bookkeeping skills are required.

• Prior experience or knowledge in managing Legal Files.

• Strong ability to perform Bookkeeping tasks.
